Why padel works

Team building without the awkward small talk.

01

Everyone gets involved

Beginners rally within minutes. No one sits out, and mixed-ability divisions keep every match competitive.

02

People actually connect

Doubles, constant rotation and short matches create more conversation than another meal or escape room.

03

The momentum lasts

Turn one afternoon into a six-to-eight week season that gives teams a reason to keep coming back.

04

Cross-team by design

Mixed pairings put engineering next to sales. Divisions are by ability, not department.

05

A venue that works

We match your office to the right court count and indoor or covered play, so the weather does not win.

06

None of the admin

Fixtures, scores, standings and reminders run automatically. You nominate a contact; we do the rest.

From brief to match day

You bring the people. We make everything else click.

  1. 01 — Tell us the basics. Office postcode, rough headcount and whether you want a one-off event or a running season.
  2. 02 — We find the right venue. Shortlisted from our UK venue directory with enough courts at your preferred time.
  3. 03 — Choose the format. Americano for a single team afternoon, box league for a six-to-eight week season. See how padel leagues work.
  4. 04 — Players self-serve. Everyone gets a link, joins their division, arranges fixtures and submits scores.
  5. 05 — Finish strong, or go again. Promotion and relegation keep matches competitive across seasons.

Common questions

01How many people do you need for a corporate padel league?

Eight is the practical minimum (two courts, four pairs). Most company leagues run with 16–32 players across two to four divisions, which fits comfortably into a weekly two-hour slot.

02Do our team need to have played padel before?

No. Padel has a five-minute learning curve — complete beginners rally on their first game. Mixed-ability divisions mean experienced players and first-timers both get competitive matches.

03How much does a corporate padel league cost?

Typical UK pricing is £45–£90 per person for a one-off team event including courts, coaching and format, and £15–£30 per player per season for a recurring internal league plus court hire.

04Can you run it at a venue near our office?

Yes. We match you to venues from our UK directory based on your office postcode, the number of courts you need and whether you want indoor or covered play.

05How long does a corporate league season run?

Six to eight weeks is standard — long enough for every team to play each other, short enough that people commit. Many companies then run back-to-back seasons through the year.
